    Please let us know if you would like to trade at both Didmarton Bluegrass Festival and OGRI MCC Summer Rally, or just one event:







    Trading Pitch:

    Please indicate pitch size below and please keep your pitch as small as possible, we only have limited space.
    Small - Small stall which can move around site where space available.
    Medium – 3.5m frontage. Car or campervan type trader.
    Large - 6m frontage. Large stall or marquee-type stand.

    Electrical Hook-up Required:

    Electrical Specifications:
    -The electrical supply provided is 1KW (4Amp) via a 16Amp blue outlet for pitch lighting ONLY. (NO Heaters or Kettles).
    -Traders should bring their own 16 Amp supply cable (10 metre if possible). PLEASE let us know if you need one (below).
    -The Trader is responsible for ensuring equipment connected to the supply has been checked for safety, compliant with the current regulations and in good working order. The Festival Electrician may refuse to connect unsafe equipment.
    -OGRI MCC / Didmarton Bluegrass Festival cannot accept responsibility for breakdowns or repairs to third party owned faulty equipment.

    Insurance:

    Liability insurance is legally required by all stall holders; most commercial policies should cover it (check yours) but if this presents a problem please advise us as soon as possible. You may be asked to show your documents.
